Reflexology’s Effect on Fibromyalgia

2016 Academy grad, Antonia Creamer, undertook a tough condition to research that plagues somewhere between 5 to 8 million people; a disorder characterized by widespread pain and diffuse tenderness. I’m not sure what information you are wanting, Eleanor, and unfortunately, it is not possible to do a consultation with anyone through electronic communication. You might want to reach out to a reflexologist in the UK to see if reflexology might help you. Their website is http://www.aor.org.uk I sincerely hope you can find some answers.

Have you determined what is causing the swelling, Stephen? If there is no obvious reason, such as an injury to the knee, then I suggest you consult your doctor for a diagnosis. Then you can move forward with decisions on how to treat.
