NO More Rough Heels!

Most reflexologists have been asked at some time how to get rid of hard, dry, cracked callouses on the heels. Here’s an easy and effective remedy that I have used:

Grind a handful of rice until you get fine but coarse flour. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil & enough raw honey & apple cider vinegar to make a thick paste. Soak feet in warm water for 20 minutes & gently massage/exfoliate with the paste. Dry feet and apply a really rich moisturizer. Put clean socks on and go to bed for the night!

What approaches do you use with clients?
